In 1992, after an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce, assisted by "Euroconsultants", a proposal for co-finance by the DG-XVI of the European Commission, has been submitted. The company has been co-financed for the first two years by 50%. It is a not for profit association between local authorities and enterprises. The purpose of the company is to promote local development, especially by assisting innovative enterprises, as well as offering technical services to the local entities |
